Econo Lodge Andrews AFB

We checked into this particular hotel, Monday December 22, 2025. The very first room, was room number 127, the room was dirty, had roaches in there and someone, had just gotten out of the shower. The room was not cleaned at all. So, I went down to the lobby and requested another room. The hotel moved us upstairs to room number 219. Everything was good, except the shower was not hot water. I went back to the front lobby, and she told me that there were no other smoking rooms available at that time. We checked out Christmas Eve, Wednesday December 24, 2025. We will not be coming back to this place. They need to lower their prices to bring in more business. They also need to offer Hot breakfast. NOT COLD CEREAL AND TOAST.

Everything was great until it was time to lay down. The bed is so raggedy. About 65% of the bed was dented in. Like come on, y'all make enough money to get a new mattress. Great prices, great location, great customer service but I will not stay here anymore.

Positive: the air conditioner was really nice. Negative: this hotel was a one at best. I had a conjoining room, which I didn't"t ask for. they were very noisy, it was a non smoking room and still smelled smoke, the back door was left open all night, the sheets were dirty, and the wifi was terrible.

I would not recommend or ever stay at that place ever again. The place is worn down, but the worst of all were the many roaches 🪳 coming out of the walls and floors. Front desk just kinda laughed and said that it was just sprayed for bugs. How unsanitary is that??? Why would you let people stay there knowing that there’s an infestation of bugs. We lost sleep and some Food that they got into on the table. The continental breakfast also the worst ever with cold coffee and watered down orange juice. The back of the tv console and around the rusty refrigerator as well as under the beds was significant amount of dirt, along with someone’s cigarette lighter under the beds. Outside there was dog poop 💩 all over the grassy areas and trash along with a pile of plastic bags and shoes that look

2nd floor room was distasteful, kept bag closed due to roach infestation all over room and fridge & microwave, phone broken standup light bathroom sink the best feature didn’t even provide ashtray in a smoking room. Was told by corporate no deposits at location paid in full to only check in an be told that there is a deposit requirement. Terrible experience to be honest.
