mane area of the hotel room was clean and 90% nice. the bathroom could use some work and was 75% nice. The staff didnt know what they were doing. I would recomend this hotel only to someone that had a dog and needed a quick place to stay.

Beware, they book rooms that don't exist. I booked a "family room" to accommodate 5 travelers and was told when we arrived they didn't have that. When asked if they could accommodate us they thought 5 adults could share a king bed. Fire code aside, thats a big no. And thats all they had. So we went elsewhere after ensuring that we wouldn't be charged for our room.

When I first arrived, my room was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom floor, the vinyl floor was sticky, and flies were all over the place. I killed one fly with my bare hands. They kindly moved me to a different room. However this room had stains and hair on the sheets, so I requested new sheets. The bathroom sink faucet didn't work either. You were supposed to go up to turn it on instead you had to twist it to turn it on because the faucet was loose. You were supposed to turn it down to shut it off. But it never shut it off. I asked for it to be fixed. It never happened. The toilet didn't work either, the handle was loose and it kept running when it was flushed. When I checked out, I asked if I was going to get a discount on my stay. The gentleman at the front counter didn't know b

I wasn't going to submit a review, but I keep getting the emails to so guess ya want to know. 1) The bed sheets hadn't been changed. Literally cookie crumbs and hair in the sheets. 2a) The room we had was converted to a handicap room (no issue with it being handicap) the issue is they did a horrible job. They took the tub out and tiled the floor but there was no slope to the floor to keep the water in the shower area. So basically the entire floor of the bathroom has water on it and no way to get to the drain other than to push it with one of the only two bath towels and no additional towels to dry the floor 2b) They didn't complete the tile work well, grout and caulking everywhere. They did 'kinda' repaint the bathroom to cover the mess. BUT whoever did the painting didn't close the doo
