ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Nashville/ Gallatin

I've been staying at this establishment a couple days a month since opening, the rooms are always clean, parking is always great and prices reasonable. But gradually month by month the service has slowly gotten worse and worse to the point I feel as if staff could careless if a customer has a complaint, my last stay there was exactly that my last stay i was on the 3rd floor and the first night was unable to sleep because of the noise above my room on the 4th floor I dealt with it and it continued thru the morning until I called the front desk around 9:00 ,the stomping and gymnastics didn't stop so later in the day I asked to move to another room staff said management had to approve it so the second night its 9:30 and it literally sounds like a party mixed with circus animals are above me a

Clean lobby. Secured by key cards from outside. Laundry room on site, $2.50/ per wash. Close to many places. 6 minutes to Kroger, 10 minutes to Walmart, 8 minutes to cinema (NCG), lots of nearby restaurants. Great business rates for extended stays. Dog friendly.

Positive: Location to my destination Negative: First night I was out in a handicap room and the bed was fully broken. When I asked to be transferred the night clerk said it was all the had. In the morning, 9am before any staff was there the manager said they had additional rooms and transfered me.

The room was very clean. The building is just a few months old, but it already is showing wear in public spaces. The parking lot, foyer, and hallways are dirty, dusty, and stained. The road leading to the hotel does not yet have the final coat of asphalt, so the manhole covers stick up dangerously so you may need to dodge them to avoid damage to your car’s undercarriage. The water pressure on the 4th floor is the worst I have ever experienced at a hotel in 50 years, but it stays hot for the 30 minutes it will take for a 5-minute shower. The walls are not sound-proof, so you can hear conversations next door. The staff were nice. There is a 24-hour vending machine and exercise room on the ground floor, and a 7-Eleven within an easy 250-yard walk.

Echo Suites was not what I expected. My family and I stayed at this location during Winter Storm Fern since our power was out at home in Goodlettsville. We chose an extended stay specifically because we wanted to be able to cook to save money and have a place to store refrigerated food. We also wanted the convenience of having these amenities and the things that come with them without having to pack too much from our own home. I'll start with the things I liked. 1. The building is new construction, which means there are no rundown parts of the property. 2. Everything was in good working order and the room was clean when we arrived with no unpleasant odors, despite being a very pet-friendly hotel. 3.
