ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Naples

The hotel itself is nice and well-maintained. The rooms are very clean, and I appreciated having a small kitchenette, which can be helpful for longer stays. That said, guests should be aware that although the kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, and a one-burner stovetop, there is no cookware or utensils provided—no pots, pans, plates, cups, or silverware. Be sure to bring your own if you plan on using the kitchen. For a room with a kitchenette, it was also disappointing that there was no coffee maker in the room. There is a machine in the reception area that makes instant-style coffee drinks, but it is not real brewed coffee. Any other coffee options require an extra charge. This felt unreasonable, especially since there is no lobby area offering complimentary brewed coffee. T

Clean room, comfortable mattress and pillows. I liked the room and enjoyed my stay. The staff from reception to the cleaning staff were friendly and welcoming. My only negative was the walls don’t insulate from the sounds from other rooms. I would stay there again.

Walls are paper thin! It's clear this hotel's plan was to save as much money as possible to pass it onto the customer. They primarily do this by reducing the amenities that most hotels offer like free breakfast, a pool, iron in the room, etc. I don't normally use those amenities so it was fine for my stay. But unfortunately they also skipped out on construction materials when building this hotel. The walls, ceilings, and floors were PAPER THIN. You're able to hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. Moving furniture, closing doors, conversations, even yawning. I was able to hear my neighbor yawning and it was as loud as if they were in the same room as me. Didn't get much sleep during my stay because of the thin walls and the noises. Positive to the hotel, staff were very helpful and pleasan

The rooms are paper thin walls. You could hear the people next to you at night...need more be said? In addition, the hotel does not zone off people & rooms with pets. So those who have allergies can find themselves in a room next door to dogs or cats. We heard dogs throughout the night several times in many rooms. It seems like since is a budget hotel, it also picks up the "one night stand element", those who party, etc. Positives are relatively newer place with comfortable beds compared to other budget hotels in the area. It is also quite clean. If you need a budget hotel without any amenities for a day or two, this is quite okay if you accept their facility terms...no amenities. But for extended stay you will definitely experience those non desirable items above.

We checked in late at night while traveling all day. The desk guy was really nice. The room is VERY disappointing for the price I paid. No coffee pot, kitchen dishes or utensils, NO hair dryers in room, no hand towels, wash cloths were stained....having to dry your hair over the a/c unit is not an amenity, no ice machine either. Coffee pot in lobby wasnt working as well. The room overall was clean, but for a Wyndham/Hilton hotel, you need to up your game if you're going to stay in business in Naples, FL. Also, if you're not a Hilton rewards member, the price is almost $100 more. If you're not staying on the top floor, the noise from people walking around all hours of the night means you will NOT get any sleep. I named our neighbor upstairs Lead Foot Lizzy or Leroy.
