ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Fort Worth Alliance

This is a solid 3-star hotel. No frills, budget price. Expect no supplies in the kitchen (no cups, no dishes, no bowls, no utensils--spoons, forks, knives), no name brand shampoo (there is bar soap I'd never use), no shaver (I forgot mine and usually don't think about it), no facial tissue. There's not even a phone. You go downstairs to borrow a hair dryer but it's not in the bathroom. You can buy dishes from them for a ridiculous price. Next time I'd bring my own if I knew I was staying here. The rooms are clean enough on the first few days, but there is no cleaning service for a week. Bring your towels downstairs to be replaced. The customer service from the management at this hotel was very poor and disgusting. Last Friday my family and I had checked into the hotel for a 2 night stay. Due to my husband's job calling him out to work, we had to cut short our stay. We checked out on Saturday instead of Sunday as planned. At the front desk we asked to speak with the manager, the person at the front desk claimed that one was not available and we would need to contact them on Monday. I contacted the hotel on Wednesday, and requested to speak with the general manager Brianna Weber, I was very courteous to this person when they game on the line, I could tell by her tone she had already made her decision that they weren't going to give us a credit for the day we lost. The staff was very nice. Not your typical hotel/extended stay. These are not provided: kitchen ware (dishes, etc), dish soap, hand towels, iron & ironing board, toilet brush, tissue, hair dryer, conditioner, USB ports. Not well insulated for noise. I heard people above me in the night and the morning. Rooms are cleaned every 14 days. The bed frame jutted out from the matress about 5" and had square corners, so be careful.

Too many cons about this hotel. FREE housekeeping is every 14 days. If you want it earlier it’s gonna cost you. There’s no Kleenex tissue or blow dryer in the bathroom. They do not give you any kitchen supplies. But they offer to sell you a set. Keep in mind you do not earn any Wyndham rewards staying here. The rooms are clean, the hotel is new, and it is fairly priced. Those are probably the only pros I can think of. I’ll look elsewhere next time I’m in town for work.

The rooms were comfy and nice. They were super clean and I had a good time here. After a long trip, I needed the comfort I had at this location
