Raw sewage spills from pipes because no repairs are done to the plumbing. Smells exactly how you'd think with raw sewage in standing pools all over the grounds.
They don't answer your phone calls so it's impossible to inquire about even renting there.
Not bad, close to the freeway, storage units. One exit away from dairy queen, shopping.
It sucks the landlord needs to put light out there on the poles way to dark at night
Sucks but it will do for low income people
