Eastern Sierra Motor Lodge

This place was a no-contact check in road side motel and was cute, clean, and comfortable. As a single woman traveling, I felt completely safe. I stayed in the end room, #6 and it had a 2nd back room (private) with a bed, plus 2 beds in the front. There is a beautiful view of the mountains. 100% recommend and would stay again. Be aware, there is VERY limited food options in town and nowhere to really buy food other than gas stations.

My daughter is a PCT thru-hiker. She stayed at the lodge with 2 others and said it was a clean, comfortable stay. A welcome retreat from days of hiking. Unfortunately, she left something behind that she needed on the trail. I sent a text message, and Bernie responded quickly. Bernie took the time to find it and went out of his way to send it out. That level of customer service is always appreciated! My daughter and I highly recommend Eastern Sierra Motor Lodge!

We really enjoyed our stay, it was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and clean, the contactless check in was also very easy. The view in the morning from the parking is also very good to see the mountains

Excellent place to stay when hiking Kearsarge or Whitney. Very clean rooms, room 5 appeared newly remodeled. Excellent location if you are looking for a place to lay your head before/after hiking. This is not a resort, but rather a clean basic motel that makes a great hiking base or stop over on a road trip. Bed was very comfortable. Super easy check-in system. Off-site manager was very responsive to an issue that arose during stay. Will definitely stay here again when hiking the eastern sierras.

After a long trip we were very pleasantly surprised Our room was great, and the hotel staff really worked with us on planning our check-in The room was clean, had plenty of towels, some nice snacks, and right outside the door we had an amazing view of the mountains⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
