This is a fantastic spot to camp. Water is warm, peaceful, and great for jet skis or boating. It can get hot and not much shade, so bring your own. Fishing used to be amazing, but it was recently drained and restocked. with no running water, but restrooms are cleaned regularly. The sites are large and mostly on the water.

Great place to jetski day time is great. Me and my family been there the last two labor day weekends. At night time a group of people came in and play loud Mexican music till 4 in the morning. They really need better security at night. The day time help is great. I hope next year the loud music and over growth weeds in the water gets better

Was an overall great experience. Labor Day weekend was not very busy,so there was plenty of space between groups. Lots of algae along the shoreline, bad for swimming, better for boating, kayak, canoe. Restrooms but NO RUNNING WATER,at campsites or restrooms. Beautiful views

Hit or miss depending on the time of year you visit. We like camping here early season when it's quieter and not too hot. We recently booked a group site only to arrive to find people there and one of the groups needing to be quite firmly, and repeatedly, asked to leave. The lack of oversight on reserved sites makes me question whether we'll come back here again.

We heard about this place a while ago and finally went there. A caveat for our experience is that it was the drag boats weekend, so it was way more crowded than usual, according to the various regulars we talked to. This place is definitely way out there, which probably helps keep it less busy (on weekends other than Memorial/Labor/Drag Boats). The road from I5 is good enough, a bit rough and narrow in spots (but not a big deal), with a pretty long grade that we were not expecting. The grade up on the way there/down on the way out pretty much ends just when you're starting to worry about your engine and/or brakes temps climbing. Once you arrive, you may find that Google Maps and East Park Res' own campground maps really don't give you enough info to choose a site. Some spots are totally le
