Eagles Pointe RV and Camping At The Highlands

We stayed for two weeks and had a wonderful time. Very quiet, secluded park with beautiful trees and views of the San Jacinto river and Houston ship channel. The park is well maintained and the owners and operators are extremely friendly, accommodating, and accessible. We will be staying here anytime we are in the area from now on.

20 STAR if It was available. This place is a hidden gem right in the Highlands. Decided I wanted to go camping with my partner for my birthday. Had no idea it was here. The owners and brother who helps run the place are the nicest people I ever met. They also brought us a fire pit and new grill. Trails to walk on and the people also staying over are all friendly. Our dogs had a blast and so did we. Can't wait to return. Perfect little get away that will truly relax you. Showers and bathroom we all very clean.

Awesome spots right beside the river for camping. Very chill and quiet area that’s run by an awesomely hospitable family. They were more than helpful and the cost of renting a camping spot or the cabin is very reasonable. The fish were actually constantly jumping out the water. Lastly the have a big bathroom building for men and women with multiple toilets and a shower. Thanks Mario. We’ll definitely be back.

This place has all 5-star reviews for a reason- this spot is absolutely picturesque and worth 1-nights stay or over a month like I am! Plenty of fishing, ATV trails, and even a nice family picnic area with shelter, picnic table, BBQ, and there’s an Air BnB on the grounds to stay in if you’re not a camper! During the weekends some pay for boat launch access/fishing access/trail access for the day, never a bother. Totally safe and secure with a gate, family friendly, dog friendly, full hookups. Tent camping is also permitting in a separate area of the grounds, not visible from the RV area, PERFECT! I even wandered the trails foraging wild garlic and onions for dinner!
