Eagle's Nest Guest House

We stayed at Eagle’s Nest Guest House I during a work trip to Sand Valley, and it was the perfect place for our group. It’s only a short drive from the resort, which made getting to and from the courses super convenient. The house had plenty of beds and bathrooms for the whole team, and everyone slept comfortably. The hot tub was a big highlight after long days outside, and the house had everything we needed to unwind. The bird-themed decor was definitely a choice, unexpected but kind of charming in its own way. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were tons of common space to hang out. Would certainly recommend it if you’re planning a golf trip with a group. Great location, super comfortable, and a really easy stay overall.

Eagle's Nest 3 was the perfect spot for our group of 8 and the price was reasonable. Having the garage that is turned into a game area was a great place to hang out at the end of the day. There is a nice fire pit area and a deck off the kitchen for when we grilled one night. Most of us had our own bedroom, so that worked out well and the place was very clean. We would stay again!

We recently stayed for a work trip, and it was great! The space was very roomy, which was perfect for our group. We never felt crowded at all, and everyone had plenty of room. One of the standout features was the garage filled with games and the hot tub in the guest house IV! We all enjoyed some quality time together with both of those perks. Everything was clean and well-maintained! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable setting. We had a fun time!

A perfect set up for a golf trip! Close to Sand Valley and Lake Arrowhead. The garage is a great spot to hang out with lots of games. Lots of beds for everyone and the mattresses are super comfortable. Highly recommend!

Visited the Eagle's Nest IV with a group of 9. The house is brand new and there was plenty of space for everyone. Everything in the house was great quality and so clean. We really enjoyed the game room for a fun night after spending the day at nearby Sand Valley, as well as time on the peaceful deck. Location is a 5 minute drive from Sand Valley. I would definitely recommend as lodging option when visiting the area.
