So yes. It's an old motel. The decor has not been updated in a while.||BUT! It was clean! They had a big flat-screen TV. The bed and mattresses were comfortable (firm, which I well prefer over saggy).||The parking spaces are indeed tight. Recommend NOT trying to park your giant SUV there. In fact, how about just not buying giant SUVs anymore?||Wifi wasn't working when we first got there. Quick call to the office and they rebooted the routers/access points and we were good to go.

This was a little jewel that we discovered on our recent road trip in the LA area in what appears to be a gentrifying area of the city. This is a small old school motel with about 10 rooms and all of the rooms, except the handicap accessible room, were on the 2nd floor. Parking was directly under the rooms and sized for midsize or smaller vehicles. The room we had was updated, quiet, reasonably spacious, had a comfortable bed, and was extremely clean. We stayed 3 nights and had no problems whatsoever. The ONLY negative is was that the bath towels were small but extras were cheerfully provided when requested. The price was right and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

A good value for the area. Not easy to find, gotta know where to look, check your GPS. Away from the business area of Eagle Rock. Chain motels on Colorado Blvd are much more money, and book up faster at busy times. Room was good, nothing fancy, but clean. Fridge, microwave, TV, chair, and small desk. Overall a quiet night. Parking very tight, under building. Gotta be careful between the poles, could loose a mirror. Not many guests the night I stayed, so I got to use one of the bigger spots for my midsized Hyundai Sonata rental car to unload my luggage. It still was close getting car in the spot. After driving back to motel from dinner nearby, I took the challenge , and got the car backed into one of the smaller spots. Good thing for back-up cameras in new cars! Good for a one night stay, a

I have been impressed from the moment I made my reservation for 5 nights. The person who made my reservation the week prior is the same person who greeted me and expected my arrival. It is a small 10 room hotel and I'm pretty sure my room is the best one, set aside from all the other rooms and overlooks the covered parking lot where I can see my car. My is clean, in good repair and the bed comfortable. There is a mini fridge, microwave, clean towels, toiletries and removable hangers in the room (good so I can steam the wrinkles from my clothes in the bathroom. This is a very casual hotel room with the basic necessities. The person running the hotel makes it especially nice as she has been very gracious and hospitable.
