Eagle Grand Motel

My experience has been great! The general manager Jo Jo has been caring, kind, and sweet. She is a true charismatic local who truly cares about the tenants. She always asks how my day is, and always calls me by my first name. The room is clean, comfortable, and cozy! This place has totally exceeded my expectations!

I love this place! I got a bit lost & needed to stop for the night. I found this gem! Jackie was more than accommodating. I was put in a beautiful king suite with a fireplace. Jackie has remodeled this room herself & it's absolutely beautiful. Whether you're planning on staying in Eagle or just passing through, this is the spot you want to be.

Such a cute motel! Christy was so incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and helpful with suggestions around town. It was a no-frills motel, but it was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely go back, when/if we return to Eagle.

It's ok. Seemingly unclean carpet. Really low sink. Not enough hooks to hang stuff in the bathroom. Placing towels on the toilet isn't sanitary. You may or may not sleep well with the road noise from passing cars outside. At least they handily beat the prices of other lodging sites nearby, so I'm thankful for that.

Other than the great employees I would have left at the first issue. The floor was wet, was told it had been sprayed with Febreeze (more like mopped!), it took over 3 hours to dry. In that time I found towels with holes, dirty sheets, and then the ratty comforter hidden between the sheet and top cover. No amenities at all. (ice machine broken, soap, shampoo, coffe maker, iron, not even a phone to call the front desk to complain. Plastic cups in room not covered, who knows if they're new or not considering the condition of the room. The bed was comfortable, no evidence of bugs (I always check. Definitely pay whatever the difference is to stay somewhere else. Thank God I had pillows, bedding, and personal care items. Most people aren't so prepared! Management did what she could to remedy the
