Dunton Hot Springs

A special kind of place - that doesn't try to be what it isn't. If a 5 Star Resort was the Velveteen Rabbit...this would be the place. Cannot wait to come back - was an incredible get-away with each other. Food and service was exemplary...the cabin was perfect, and the hot springs and the spa services were great!

My husband and I stayed at the Dunton River Camp for four nights. A few things that were absolutely AMAZING:|- The scenery|- The comfort and cleanliness of the tent|- The folks who took care of us at every meal and throughout the day/evening as necessary. They were kind, caring and you could tell they wanted you to enjoy yourself and feel taken care of. Even the chef went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed what we were eating - making something specially for us when we weren't a fan of what was on the menu. One of the staff members noticed the bike we were offered for me was too small (and one was too big) and she took it upon herself to find a few others that might fit and bring it over from the other camp. |- Thoughtful touches like notes and lavender at turn down, electrolytes avail

We had an absolutely amazing experience! The food, the service, the ambiance, and everything else was top notch. Our cabin was perfect and we enjoyed ourselves so much.

We spent our 30th anniversary at the Dunton Townhouse in Telluride. They upgraded our suite for the occasion. Our stay was perfect and Telluride is a beautiful little town. Bill and Jordan were wonderful hosts. We loved the breakfast, snacks and refreshments provided. The property is meticulously maintained and spotless with many thoughtful touches. I hope to stay again. Thank you!!

I do a lot of cool things in a lot of cool places, and I think Dunton Hot Springs is the best experience I’ve had anywhere. Not only is this tucked back into the most beautiful river canyon with unmatched views, this resort provided the most professional, most luxury, most genuine exceptional service I have ever had the pleasure to experience. Gourmet meals, top shelf bar and literally anything you could ever need at your fingertips in this remote and naturally gorgeous location. Completely inclusive, no exchange of money necessary. It’s the most special place and I can’t wait to return. This property deserves every accolade and recognition it has received.
