Cozy Comfort R. V. Park

This Park is small in comparison to other RV Parks. We were shocked at how small it was the day we first arrived. Owner Brenda made us feel at home immediately. Wonderful monthly price. Bathrooms and showers are pretty, clean, and well maintained. Located across the street from a pretty city park sitting right beside the Dolores River. A bar with outdoor seating is located right across the street also. The restaurants in town are excellent and cozy. Library is within walking distance. It is worth visiting. Folks in the park are mighty fine folks.

Great owner. Very accommodating. Clean bathrooms and laundry room. This is a very small park behind a 2 story house right off the road of the quaint town of dolores. Only about a dozen close sites but they have everything you need. And you can't beat the price. It's great for what it is. No frills but practical. It's at the gateway to the million dollar highway so you can't go wrong.

We didn't expect much from the street view of this rv park, but were pleasantly surprised. There was free wifi (that was really strong for a change!) and the manager was super pleasant and helpful. We were travelling with another couple and were able to use their comfortable game room for cards that night. Showers were A+, will definitely stop in again!

Smaller park but great price, as long as it is over a week. Clean bathrooms with hot water and laundry room. Nice owners who were very accommodating to the fact that our plans changes a thousand times due to COVID. You are allowed to get mail but one of ours did get sent to the rv park down the street (not owners fault). Full hookups at the sites and owner has wrapped spigot to prevent freezing.

You can’t get a better stay for a better rate!! Owners are sweet and stay out of your business, and it’s very quiet. Coin laundry, bathrooms, free hot showers! And it’s right in the middle of a very cute little town.
