Baymont needs to do way better. Stained, towels , sheets and comforter. No extra lock but deadbolt. I felt unsafe ! Loud all the time !! The one thing I can say is for the Bar next door only open on weekends. But the very hugh Praying Mantis only goes untill 11pm nightly. Then it's quiter. No pillowcases on any of the pillows on either bed. Tv didn't work. Stains on chair. Paint don't cover, old, dated . It can't be used like lipstick on a 🐖 ..... Pffff I didn't have my glasses on when I read the stars. I've never been in a BAYMONT THIS BAD !!
By far the worst hotel I have ever been to. We had a four night stay and they never cleaned the room once, we had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Every night we went to the room, the key wouldn’t work. No tv after 7pm, never any breakfast in the tiny lobby. Door had a two inch gap on the bottom and the window rattled all night. The air conditioner sounded like a rattle can. I could go on and on. Do NOT book this hotel!
Positive: . Negative: Checked into a dirty room. Then was told we had to move upstairs and 2 of us in are party are ada . Bad knees. That was a nightmare. Asked for a couple rooms on bottom floor and was told he had to save them incase he got other bookings. What about us a##
I don't normally leave negative reviews. I know hotels are what you pay for. But this hotel is worse than I could have ever imagined! It is currently after 1 am, and there is music playing outside that is so loud the windows are shaking. Not even exaggerating. There is literally no way to sleep through it. I've never considered leaving a hotel in the middle of the night before now. The door of our room doesn't lock with a deadbolt, it doesn't line up. The window was wide open (to a creepy alley) when we arrived, and doesnt have a working lock on it. So we stuck a hanger in it to keep it from being opened. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. There were hairballs on the floor. The air conditioning has a super loud buzz with little airflow. There are the usual things l
This hotel deserves zero star If zero star was possible. I usually read a review before booking a hotel and am not sure why this hotel has 3.9 stars. If you are going clubbing and want a place to sleep after 5 am, this is a great place for you but if you traveling or on business trip, this is a bad spot. The air in the rooms smell really bad. The white towels look like they’ve been used for several decades. Since the hotel is in downtown Las Vegas. There’s constant loud music from the club till 5 am (I was up all night). There’s only one person working 24 hours at the front desk so she closes the reception door and go to sleep. I was told breakfast is from 0600-900. When I show up at 8am the reception door was locked. I ring the doorbell and looks like she was sleeping at the back.
