DTLA Hotel

Great service, fair price, clean rooms.

For me the most important thing was that it was very clean and featured everything i needed like fridge , microwave and wifi. My room looks like it was newly renovated. I also want to commend the front desk. There was an issue with my booking but the night front Desk Rommel , was very attentive and worked it out perfectly

Service was the same as other places that aren't big name. They don't really seem friendly but they're not rude. Hotel room #33 was absolute s**t. This room has FULL access to all the noise going on on the street, on the top floor, and at the steps to get to the top floor. If you want to be able to hear others dirty deeds this is the hotel to stay at. Room #33 also did NOT have running hot water! Showering was horrible. There was also no remote for the TV. (If you had to ask for it they didn't let me know.) Room was fairly clean looking. It's outdated and has a lot of questionable areas, but so do other hotels w/in this price range/area.

No other hotels close by Good Samaritan Hospital. The room was clean. Only problem, insulation ain't that great we were still freezing. You hear lots of sirens, rude tenants next door and upstairs. They need to upgrade to make it sound proof and better insulation. Workers were nice. Word went around we were there for heart surgery.

Location is fine. A short stay is fine. But yeah nah no thanks. Clean room, some amenities, some free parking But there was only hot water 66% of the time. I had two showers that just wouldn't get any warm water and had to have cold showers. This is impressively bad. Management said you needed to run the water at least 5 minutes. I did. Also this is LA. That's a huge waste of water. Parking is not free for 2/7 days. They don't tell you it's 15$ on the weekend. The management also was upset at me because I couldn't read the sign he put up in Spanish that said he was eating. My bad. When it rained, the room leaked and formed some nice puddles. At least two leaks that I had to go to the front to fix myself. Towels and buckets. Management doesn't care - "What do you want me to do, everyth
