Drift Fence is a remote, 16-acre lake on the White Mountain Apache Indian Reservation surrounded by towering aspen and ponderosa pine trees. Trout were biting but are quite small. A permit from the tribe is required to fish here. Be forewarned, there are a LOT of bees all around the lake and you are a great distance from any assistance. There was no phone service in this area.
Great fishing, not alot of people. So much wild life. Great place to just relax.
Long drive but worth it. Nice lake. Clean camp area.
Great place. Was a little slow at first but it picked up after a while. Very peaceful
