I've been here a year and a half it's extremely clean there are no bugs the rent is very affordable sometimes the air conditioner works and it's 60° and other times it doesn't and it's 90°

Just wanted to report a scam, the guy at this hotel is running an ad on craigslist for an apartment at 115 n 13th st, its a really scary looking neighborhood, i choose to go here and check it out because the ad said the rent was 700.00 per month and the application fee was for 145.00 dollars. Huh!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I get there this shaded looking guy with broken English tells me was no mistake the application fee is 145.00 non refundable. This guy is praying on the poor and unfortunate people desperate to find a place to stay. Because someone who is not desperate will not pay him 145.00 for an application fee. This is one of the scams they run in Vegas, it happened to me years ago when i was desperate to find a place. They take your application fee with no intention on renting you the plac

I stayed there for a month and hated every moment of it. The staff never helps fix any issues the bathroom are always gross. You do not have your own bathroom is community bath in the hotel very gross and worst of all my wife wasn't allowed in my room because she wasn't on the leasing papers. She could only stay 3 hrs then had to leave. I will never return I'd rather be on the streets before I go back

No Bathroom In The Room's 2 Community Bathrooms For 84 Rooms. Bathrooms Always Dirty!!!!! No Refrigerator No AC On Rooms No Heat On Rooms No Closet No Parking At Night No Kitchen!!!!! Basically Is Four Walls With A Small 1980 TV. Electricity Go Of Every Couple Days. Visiting Hours From 9:00 AM To 6:00 PM like Jail!!!! At Night Drug Dealers Selling Dope And Homeless Set Camp Outside The Building To The Point You Can't To The Front Door With Out Some One Asking You For Money Or Cigarettes Or Drug Pushers Offering A Variety Of Drugs From Meth To Heroin Weed Or Pills Etc...... Sad Part Management Looks
