Downtown Motel Woodward

Stayed here with my friend Shelley. This place was perfect for the week stay , room was clean , air worked great , fridge ,coffee maker and microwave worked great. Convenient store right next door . I loved how when the sweet lady cleaned our room she made a swan out of a towel , really cute touch . Thank you . Will definitely make this place my stop again . ❤️

There were several things about the Downtown Motel that we did not care for. First of all - ladies, be aware that they do NOT have hair-dryers in the rooms or available to borrow from the front desk! Although, I was told later that if I had gone to the nearby WalMart and purchased a hair-dryer to use, they would have reimbursed me! Wish I'd known that before I stood out in the wind and heat to dry my hair! We would have enjoyed having a TV channel listing guide in the room too. The bathroom was tiny, but, thankfully, there was a sink outside of the toilet/shower area. It would have been nice if there had been a towel-rack by the sink, but there was not. We made a list of about 11 items that the room needs, and gave it to the manager when we checked-out. It wasn't a very expensive place to

reasonably prices, friendly staff would stay here again. just wish diner wad open to dinner

Clean room, price was good. Hard pillows and no blow dryer though.

For the price it can't be beat. It's the best place to stay for a quick overnight on the way through the panhandle or a stop at the caverns. My room was clean and comfortable. I would have preferred an extra lock on the door for security but everything was fine. The parking lot was safe as well for overnight parking. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to drive in same day and get a room. The breakfast diner downstairs is definitely the move for breakfast. There's a fabulous mexican restaurant around the corner, you could walk if you need to.
