Comfort Inn & Suites Woodward

Booked this hotel on August 15, 2025 when my car had issues on the road. Hotel's wifi didn't work. The lobby wifi didn't work either. The cell reception wasn't so good (T-Mobile) so I didn't really have internet, so couldn't work. Wifi's login server wasn't working, so couldn't get my PC or iPhone to be logged in to enable wifi. Front desk ask me call help desk in some other location (probably some centralized IT help desk center), fortunately I have experience working with network equipment, and the network engineer there helped me add my iPhone and PC's MAC address onto the firewall settings of the router so I can bypass the login prompt and get internet.. Manager was extremely helpful. The suite needed an extra eye on the readiness of suite for the guest. The kleenex box in the bathroom was empty. Found a child's toy on the floor by the A/C unit. The carpet had many sticker barbs that had not been vacuumed up. Stayed at three Comfort Inns lately and will continue to book with Comfort.

I traveled here for business. The beds were ok. The staff was friendly. There was a large spider in the bathroom and the wifi internet was poor in room 111. Had to use a hot spot to work from the room. Wifi was better in the common areas. I would not recommend this hotel for business or anything else.

If I could give no stars I would. We came to stay for week with family. 1st we had issues with our reservations, then we get there and our rooms were dirty, then we tried to go swimming and it was impossible cuz the pool was unheated & freezing, my 3yr old couldn't even go in. Worst yet on 2nd night I find out our room has cockroaches and I had my daughter in there. We left immediately. Would not reccomend ever!!! Worst hotel of my life. Click on my profile for photo proof.
