DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Naples

This hotel and its staff truly treat you like family. Clean, comfortable and nothing is never a bother. It doesn't feel like a chain at all. The staff really seem to enjoy their work and work as a caring team. Special thanks to Abdiel, Luis, Peggy Raven and golly, our housekeeper that the name escapes me who took such good care of us. We hope to see you next year!!!

Even though it's located quite far from downtown Naples, the Doubletree was a pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Housekeeping was fantastic with a written note left every day in the room. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Breakfast was nice even despite some lackluster service. The pool area is basic but clean with well-kept chairs. Free parking is an additional bonus. The bartender in the evening was very friendly and engaged. Only downside was exceptionally noisy AC in the rooms with the cold air flow directed directly at the bed but this was a minor issue. Would definitely stay again.

The front desk staff were some of the best I’ve experienced across a range of Hilton and Marriott hotels I’ve stayed at over the years. They were very friendly, competent, and knowledgeable and liberal with handing out the warm front desk cookies which I’d highly recommended. The hotel itself is well kept and appointed with the pool and hot tub both being well maintained. As far as chain hotels go I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in the area

One week stay with no problems. Rooms were quiet and clean. Loved the suite as my husband dressed in the morning without waking me. We were on the 3’rd floor, unless balcony door open we did not hear a thing . Took advantage of complimentary bike to roam the neighborhood. Pool was warm and clean. Rooms were kept tidy and well stocked. All hotel staff were pleasant and friendly.
