DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bloomington - Minneapolis South

Positive: Friendly staff. Nice room. Negative: It needs a deep clean. Escalator steps were nasty. Carpet in hallway deep clean or replace. Hotel room windows very dirty. Bathroom was very nice. Bed very comfy. Pool and jacuzzi very nice.

Great experience all around! After a long day of travel cancellations and headaches, checking in here was just what I needed. Shout out to Adam at the front desk for a seamless and inviting check-in, which included the famous warm cookies and some much needed bottled water. Adam went above and beyond to greet me and get me checked in efficiently, was friendly and professional and also ensured that I had a nice, quiet room for my short night of sleep. I would highly recommend this Doubltree for a warm, clean and comfy stay!

This place deserves a total 5 star rating, however, theres one reason. And one reason only that I couldn't rate it that, so read on and you'll see. First off, we had a great experience checking in thanks to Adam at the front desk. He was upbeat, welcoming, funny, and incredibly helpful. Even though he was alone at the desk (due to staff shortages) and the line was quite long, still, he handled everything calmly and professionally and kept a positive attitude the entire time. He clearly cares about guests and represents the hotel wonderfully and truly set the tone for our stay. As for the hotel itself, the first-floor poolside rooms are the reason my husband and I booked here. They are convenient and the pool area is very nice and it’s great that the pool hours go until 11 PM. That right

First off id like to say the guy who worked the breakfast really made my day and was friendly and very attentive. After that nothing positive. Room had belongings from previous person in it and smelled of cigarettes and had poor patch jobs. Stair well had rat poop in it. My ear buds were stolen. I am a gold member and i was charged for breakfast everyday, front desk said they would clear the charges and to no surprise they didn't. Would not recommened this hotel.

Very nice hotel, and will definitely stay here again. Very clean, beds were very comfortable, altho bring your own pillows. Convenient fast food accessible across the parking lot, which is very well lit. At no point did I ever feel unsafe during my stay.
