DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Baltimore North - Pikesville

Our church, Union Church, held an event here today and the entire experience was wonderful. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Tony and his crew who served our event were extremely accommodating and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. I also want to mention Ife at the front desk. She was so sweet, helpful, and made us feel very welcomed from the moment we arrived. Thank you to the whole team for helping make our event run smoothly. We really appreciate the excellent service!.

My room was spacious, immaculate and clean. The service from the staff was very friendly and efficient. The event I attended was lovely.The food was very good at the restaurant ||A great hotel!!!

Positive: The location of the hotel to the 695 Negative: I did not like being charged for two bottles of water I did not drink. I am a loyal customer to Doubletree hotel because all my family lives in Maryland. This is the first time an incident like has happened.

Tony and his team with Banquets were excellent with helping our event for Union Church. The service was on point and they were accommodating with all of our needs and last minute requests. The food provided for the event space was really good as well. I highly recommend this location for any local events.

Ok I normally don’t do reviews but this was a must. When I walked into the hotel I was greeted by naiya. It’s nice to see employees that actually look like they want to be at there job and not have to be. Every day I saw her she said hello with a smile and no matter how my day was just that little effort puts me in a great mood. Ty naiya and the doubletree should be proud to have you!
