The staff greeted us and immediately made us feel at home. The hotel’s location is ideal, just off Route 46 with easy access to I-80 and convenient to both Newark and New York City. Whether traveling for business or leisure, its proximity to major transit routes makes it a great base for exploring the area. Our room was immaculately clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding, large HDTV, and reliable free Wi-Fi. This was a very pleasant stay that exceeded my expectations! The lobby and dining areas were immaculate and beautifully decorated for the holiday season. The rooms were comfortable, clean and appropriately stocked with everything we needed. The best part about the stay was the friendly, responsive, and professional staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful in particular Nabil who was warm and professional from check-in to check-out. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever had and we were grateful to have so many delicious options to choose from. The selection easily accommodated our varying dietary needs and the service met top notch hospitality standards. This overall stay was a good value for our money and we plan to make it our hotel of choice when we visit family in the area

Positive: The female receptionist who checked us in around 3pm was very welcoming.The building/room, while old, is well maintained and clean.Impressive pool size and lounge chairs. Negative: The staff at the breakfast can be more attentive.

The rooms were very clean. The pool was awesome and warm! The staff were so nice and very accommodating. Nabil from the front desk was awesome! He is so kind and respectful and made check in so easy with 2 kids. He was so helpful with anything I needed or asked about. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
