Best Western Plus Fairfield Executive Inn

Room was clean bed was fine, but the air conditioning didn’t work room was set ant 82 degrees no matter what fan or ac cool you set it too. Called front desk but they only offered to send someone as I was checking out. I honestly should have been credited for r miserable night and the staff is robotic they ask for your id and credit card then send you on your way. You don’t feel welcomed, it’s more transactional. Also, if you see someone struggling to walk (with a cane) you should ask if they are ok with a room at the end of the hallway farthest from elevator. Before sending them off their way.

Extremely well, warm property everything was wonderful room quality was excellent. All of the common area elements were very nicely maintained absolutely perfect condition. Holiday theme was very strong with playful grinch decor throughout, but mostly focused on the Restaurant Cucina Calandra where we enjoyed one of the best continental breakfast I have had in the last several years as included with our overnight stay.While this was a business trip and really just lodging for the evening as we had an appointment the next day in Fairfield, the quality of hotel experience was absolutely top-notch. This best Western plus punches well above it star rating.

Positive: EVERYTHING. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in at that price point. Negative: After FINALLY falling asleep at 3:30 in the morning, the fire alarm in MY room only went off. So I had to deal with that and my much-needed sleep being interrupted 2 more times.

Maria had good communication since we first booked our wedding hotel block with her. We had a large wedding and needed a large amount of rooms and she quickly booked them for us and helped secure the Rose Room for me to get ready in. On top of that, her and Christina worked extremely well together in getting any info without having to ever involve me regarding vendors and behind the scenes things. Maria answered emails very promptly and constantly kept me updated on hotel bookings when I asked so I would be sure to have the perfect amount of hotel bags for our guests staying in our blocks! It was a pleasure working with her and all the staff at the Best Western. From the cleaning crew to the front desk, they were on their A game at all times. I also highly recommend booking the rose room!

We were in town for a family wedding and the rooms were spacious and clean. We were almost all on the same floor per our request which made it easy with an am wedding to knock and make sure all were up and down for breakfast before shuttles came. The breakfasts area was great for our large group, the bar area as well was nice for congregating, and the restaurant had excellent Italian fare! Great pre post wedding venue!
