Dosewallips Road Trailhead

This is an ok walk, as it is close to home. This isn't one of the better hikes/walks in the area. Easy to get to with a beautiful drive - but the NOP is all like that :-) It is a nice place to take a lunch and a short walk to many side trails that go to the river. This is a good paced hike to be honest. Flat for the most part with a gradual upwards curve at the halfway point. Beautiful scenes and outlooks with quite the “drops” when you get to the top. We didn’t go all the way to the camps, but it wasn’t too much farther from the bridge.

Easy to get to, but limited number of parking spots, have to park along the road on busy days. Fun gravel bike ride, with a couple strenuous hike-a-bike sections, a couple rocky passages, otherwise mostly good terrain.

Fun moderately difficult hike to the abandoned and overgrown dosewallup campground. Be warned, several fallen trees are blocking the path but they are passable

Great easy hike kind of boring if you don't want to hike at least 6 miles in where the first campground is that you don't get too by the washed out road it was pretty deserted when I went there if you want to go to diamond or honeymoon meadows it would be a great idea either 13 or 15 miles in but they are amazing places that practically no one goes to
