We rented the "Casita" side of this property in early March 2020 (start of the pandemic). We really enjoyed the property and toured the "House" side which we promptly placed a Christmas 2020 reservation on. Views are fantastic. Casita was very quiet and we could not hear the guest staying in the "House" side of the property so privacy between the 2 units was not an issue. We were able to cook family meals and there is easy access to the main roads. TSV, Arroyo Seco, Arroyo Hondo and Taos are all relatively short drives. If you are headed to TSV this is a very great property to rent any time of year. If skiing Red River you are closer than staying North of the Placita in Taos by maybe 10 minutes. We did not use the fireplaces or TVs. Internet was spotty but that's not unusual for this regio
