Dorado Inn

We stayed at the, "Dorado Inn," recently, and we had a very relaxing vacation. I would suggest the Dorado Inn to all good people who want to decompress from the city life. The management was available to help our stay be a five star visit for sure in every way. The views of the lake are post card perfect. Lots of activities and beautiful scenery filled every day of our vacation here at Dorado Inn. Have a great day and Thanks again to the fantastic staff at Dorado Inn.

Lake Almanor at the north end of the Sierra Nevada range is a man-made jewel surrounded by forest and mountain peaks. With boating, fishing, biking, hiking, camping and swimming, this area is a vacation Mecca, and it has a variety of places to stay.||||Accommodations range from campgrounds to motels and hotels. There are lovely little lodges along the lake, and one of the nicest is the Dorado Inn, located on the east side of the lake, just five minutes south of the peninsula and the marinas. ||||The Dorado is right on the lake, with a place to launch your kayak or fishing boat, a dock and a private beach for swimming. I had the most amazing stay at the Dorado Inn at Lake Almanor! From the moment I arrived, I was taken aback by the stunning natural beauty that surrounds the property. The view of the lake at sunset—especially through the trees—was absolutely magical and serene. The rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was cozy, everything was well-maintained, and I slept so peacefully with the quiet of the lake just outside. If you're looking for a tranquil retreat to relax and recharge, I highly recommend the Dorado Inn. I’ll definitely be returning!

Our group of 20 had a fantastic stay at Dorado Inn in October. The warm weather and welcoming hosts made our experience memorable. The lake and beautiful property provided a perfect backdrop. Comfortable accommodations and a vibrant atmosphere made it ideal for social events and retreats. We can't wait to return and enjoy the unique atmosphere created by the owners. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Dorado Inn. The setting is gorgeous with cabins facing the lake. Bbq grills, boat dock, and the kindest proprietor you will ever meet. I can’t wait to return next year!
