Dogwood Motel

So enjoyed a weekend trip with my husband and infant daughter. The dogwood was perfectly situated between good restaurants in Glide and several beautiful waterfall hikes off hwy138. But what made this place extra special was the tremendous hospitality of the hosts. A wonderful couple with tremendous artistic talent and a passion for conservation, learned so much about wood ducks from them! 10/10 can’t wait to bring the rest of the family next time, and will definitely be recommending this place to friends.

This is a wonderful family run business with reasonable priced accommodation, right in the heart of the most beautiful river valley in Oregon. Great bbq area, fantastic landscaping, and a very peaceful place.

Well she did not want to rent out a room for what reason I don't know. We drove all the way up from Roseburg. I'm pretty sure there was probably nobody staying there tonight. Oh well their loss we probably would have been good customers for the summertime.

Such a beautiful peaceful place. My boyfriend is here for work and my daughter and I joined him for the weekend. The koi fish are HUGE and soo cute. The landscaping is so pretty filled with flowers and possibly new berry plants. Surrounded by trees. Its so nice here. There's a bbq in the back for guests to use and a gazebo. Its so wonderful here. My boyfriend definitely likes and so do me and our daughter. Oh! I also seen a few hummingbirds which is also very nice.

WOW! What a gem! Clean rooms with a big smart TV, AC, and a kitchenette. These cabins have old cabin charm with modern comfort. You have to stay here! Booking directly from their website was a breeze. The property has big parking spots, beautiful flowers and koi pond. A short walk across the road and you’re on the bank of the North Umpqua. Plus the owners were so helpful. I love knowing I’m giving business to good people.
