Dickerson's Lake Florida Resort

We had a family (all retired adults) gathering mid June 2025. No issues with the cabin but the list of rules was a bit too much. (No playing on the grass, fees for day visitors, fees for evening visitors). They supplied no amenities (toilet tissue, paper towels). They seemed to stop over frequently to water plants, bring a newspaper (with coupon cut out!!) and chit chat. We felt like we were being watched all the time. Nosey. I would never recommend this place.

Thank you Bob and Connie for the wonderful time! My former college roommates and I had a wonderful stay at Dickerson! We were celebrating the 40th Anniversary of starting our freshman year at UWEC. Girls’ Trip!!! Everyone was impressed with the clean, modern cabins, the beautiful flowers, and the great hospitality (pizza and donuts). Thank you for all your patience with our picture taking. We so enjoyed our excursion around the Lake on the pontoon, kayaking at sunset, and our beach time. Looking forward to returning.

We had an amazing week at Dickerson's Lake Florida Resort! Bob and Connie are fantastic hosts and made us feel incredibly welcome with fresh cookies, homemade donuts and smores around the campfire. The resort property, cabins and equipment are excellently maintained, and the landscaping and flowers were beautiful. We will definitely be back!!

We had a lovely time at this resort. We took our boat and were greeted on the dock by Bob who helped us get it on the lift. He showed us around and was available if we needed anything. The hospitality was top notch. We had our 11 year old son and his friend with us and they had a wonderful time! Thank you Bob and Connie! We will be back!

We had such a wonderful Labor Day family getaway at Dickerson's Lake Florida Resort. It couldn't have been a better experience for my kiddos, who loved the variety of beach/lake toys and especially the homemade donuts on Sunday morning. :-) The cabin was impeccably clean and cozy and Bob and Connie were the friendliest hosts one could imagine. We can't wait to go back!
