Diamondback RV Park

I’m so damn tired of the residence of this place using my damn dumpster. I’m sick of it. This is an ongoing issue. I’m to the point of filing theft of . More than four people are using the dumpster I pay $60 a month for and it’s filled up halfway with diamondback resident trash! Violators stated management told them to use it, which I probably know is a bold face lie, so management PLEASE take care of this problem before I have to be an asshole

Very nice park! Clean, well maintained and quiet! Everyone is very friendly and neighborly. When I first moved in I was a single woman and felt safe from the beginning which is hard to find anymore! Free wifi, cable and all bills paid, the spaces are nice size too. Highly recommend!

Been here 4 months with no wifi or working laundry room 2 times I've tried doing laundry and no signed posted about no spin cycle so my clothes come out soaked if you ask me it's a bunch of false advertising either get it together or lower your prices alot of better parks at the same price if you're considering diamond back one word don't they did say they where going to fix the washer in July that makes 5 months they haven't worked seems they have bigger fish to fry and it's money

Been here 3 weeks now the neighbors are friendly, mind there own, the staff are great and parking isn't too congested not to mention 300' away there are storage units

I help with the ground maintenance, mowing, weed eating. Good people friendly, neighborly, residents look out for each other. They have on site propane tank for refilling bottles, water, trash bins, septic. Owners are good people and helpful.
