It's such a treat . They have three hot tubs and a pool.The best part is that the pool is often extra warm. Better than anywhere else, and they have three different hot tubs. One is often extra hot, and that's like heaven. The middle one is comfortable for longer soaks but I always start and end with the hot one. The cool tub is an extra treat. The hot tubs are covered like the ones at Sam's club, so sun,wind, and rain are never an issue. It's only for the tenants and their friends. Great features for such a modest community

I liked it, because it feels like home. It is not the best or the cleanist Mobile home park or manicured like the neighboring parks? but it's quiet. Sometimes, I see in my CCTV unknown people going through my yard, the park doesn't have active person that look out the community. The manager? I wish I can post a screenshot of our conversation, She told me not nice things about one of my neighbors and she told my neighbor that I'm crazy coming to her office with my ESA. Most of the time I will not receive a nice reply specially when I fyi her about " I didn't receive yet the letter from dept of health and she was quick to reply me " I'm not department of health". The pool is in safe if anyone has any kind of handicapped I would suggest him not getting the full because it's too dangerous where the lip is as you get in you have to step over a big piece of cement and then step straight down very unsafe it needs to be addressed immediately other than that the place is pretty decent
