Desert Ironwood Resort

The room was not really bad, but also not good. If you go for things like the off-road adventures, it’s a good spot. If you don’t , you have to deal with all the loud off road cars and bikes around. Pool was too cool for relaxing. It is definitely ok for staying, but the price is too high for what you get. The staff was nice though.

If you love riding in the desert and are not into dry camping so much this is the place. hotel is clean and comfortable, you can relax around the pool everyone is very friendly and accommodating. RV park has full hook ups. very safe environment for children.

This is a perfect place to ride from. We did 3 days of riding 2 nights. They had great cust service and perfect location. Very helpful when asking questions and they have tons of rentals available for you on request. Pool looked good but was way too cold to swim. That’s the good. Here’s the not so good. The rooms need some repair: tile in entry was falling apart. Paint was peeling and the water was warm not hot just warm. It looks like they never cleaned as the fridge still had food left over from prior people. Would we stay here again? Yes but we know what to expect. Over all it was a good stay and with some minor updates to the rooms I would 100% bring the review to a 5 star ⭐️

This place beckons you as your drive for miles through the desert and finally see a structure and lights. Especially after a long day of wheeling and you see the lights in the distance. Knowing that that will be hot and cold running water and a comfortable bed to sleep in as opposed to a cot and a Dude Wipe in a tint!! The surprise for me was the warm and welcoming staff. Every exchange I had with any of the staff including the owner left me feeling welcomed and appreciated. Growing up in a small desert town primed my expectation for an attitude of indifference at best and an invitation to leave if the indifference didn’t work. Everyone was so friendly from the minute we walked in the door . Very professional and also they genuinely like to see people have fun on their machines. Prices were far better than the competition and check in and out was very streamlined and easy. Highly recommend and will definitely be return customers.
