Deming Roadrunner Rv Park & Self Storage

Owners very nice . Very helpful. Price was good. This place could be so much more. Has a club room . No activity offered. Ground were clean. Bathroom clean need updating. I would come back felt very save. Noise was very minimal. |Owners were very accommodating

Arrived here a month ago and decided to stay a bit longer. Park is inbetween two other parks . LOTS of room and less noise of morning workers of other parks near bye.L.V. Very friendly staff and great neighbors and easy commute to WALMART and other shopping... Updated Laundry room with whirlpool machines and easy comfort of bathrooms...Thank you again Roadrunner Rv!

Unfortunately, I can't give this Park a high rating...it was inexpensive which really was the good thing...but there are other Parks in the area for this price ($250 plus electric for 1 month) which are much nicer. The Park advertised Hot Tub, WiFi, Cable... none of which worked. Club House was barren...lots of puzzles and a TV which didn't worked...as there was no cable nor even access to local channels. It's not a 55+ Park so lots of people who still work...so be prepared for lots of vehicles leaving between 5:30 am on. It stated that the washrooms were cleaned every day...but there were many days where you could tell cleaning, emptying of garbage, or repairing of plugged toilet, broken showers, etc., were not looked after. 2 dog runs...1 of which never had the overflowing garbage

We had a nice stay, the residents are kind and caring. However, the kids' park is rather dangerous and there's no seats on the seesaw..? Random metal in the kids park (I had to tweeze metal pieces out of their hands) and not much for the kids to do. Perfect for adult stays w/o kids. Seems as though it used to be a bumping joint; pool, hot tub, rec hall with a pool table. The pool was filled in with sand and a long term camper informed me that the hot tub hasn't been used in years. This place definitely needs a revamp.

The park was clean and inexpensive. A great location for a stop for the night park. Level and pull-through sites. The negatives: All of the sites with trees had "permanent" RVers in them. The open sites are in the full sun with no shade. You can tell that over the years the park is going downhill. There is no longer a pool. The kids "playground" was in sad shape. The bath house was not maintained. I didn't check out the hot tub, |There are several RV parks right next door that are better maintained. I would pay more to have a nicer place to park.
