Deluxe Inn

This hotel should not be open anymore. Two days prior to renting a room at the Deluxe Inn, my boyfriend and gone in the office and asked how much it was to stay for a week. He was told it was $321 for the week. When I went in 2 days later, the manager added up the daily rate and told me that it would be $441 ($63 per night x 7 and it would have to be in cash). Three days later, Hurricane Helene hit Swainsboro and the governor had issued a state of emergency, but that didn't stop the manager of the Deluxe Inn from banging on my room door and said that if I didn't pay, my autistic son and I needed to pack our stuff and leave. Price is $64 cheap room, checked in. Husband pulled bedding down and there was a roach bug in the bed. I went to put drinks in the fridge and 20 roaches about attacked me. Immediately went to office to tell the lady we was not stay and needed a refund, she gave me the money back. Then said she needed to check the room. Seen the we pulled down the bedding and threatened to called the police on us. Worst experience ever.

The housekeeping cleans when they feel like it and they cheats you out of an extra $100 talking about its taxes. They says they have 3 different taxes that they charge including a $5 free that they have to pay to the government for each room they rent out. For it to be 44.99 a night you’re still paying about $450 a week just check your prices
