Daytona Perennial Vacation Club

Rooms were clean, but not new. Kitchenette was quite nice, had all the utensils we needed. Staff was helpful. They loaned us beach chairs. The pool had just been refurbished, but it was too cold to use during our week. Bed was comfortable, a.c. was sufficient. Everything is close by. Would stay here again.

Great location for visiting and enjoying your time in Daytona.my family and I have been there multiple times and we love the fact that is is on the beach but also far enough from Main Street so you can enjoy all the festivities in Daytona but also have a solid serene time at this resort

Had a fantastic week there. The view is amazing. The building is old but beautifully kept and the staff were wonderful and friendly. Would highly recommend it.

We booked 6 months ago for the NCA competition. A few weeks before our trip, we were advised that the pool was closed and beach access was currently unavailable…bummer for sure. 4 days before our trip, after numerous phone calls to the hotel regarding accommodation details, and nobody answered…a lot more digging taught us that they are CLOSED FOR BUSINESS and had not bothered to advise us. This remains incredibly unclear - with explanations including “under new management…” offered by third party booking reps when contacted. THANK GOD we called and didn’t learn this upon arrival. We found 1 room left in town and will have to sleep on the floor and share a bathroom amongst the 5 of us. I cannot fathom the lack of communication with scheduled guests. I’m still mystified.

Rooms are dated but okay. Rooms need humidifier. Everything always feels wet. Temporary beach access is okay but not suitable for elderly people. It's basically sandbags made into steps. It's not the worst place I've ever stayed and if I had to I would go back.
