Daytona Grande Oceanfront Hotel

WOW!! We stayed a few days in a corner one bedroom suite and wish we stayed longer. We checked in with Andi and she was very friendly and helpful. Everyone in the hotel was always polite, friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing two balconies one off living room and other was off bedroom. View from rooms are incredible amazing sunrises and beautiful during day especially night is gorgeous. We parked in the parking garage about 5 minute walk from lobby to car. Easy access in and out. The boardwalk is a 10 minute walk either by beach or beautiful walk way behind hotels. Great area if you like to walk. We would return to Daytona just to stay in the hotel.

Shantarra was excellent! Her professionalism and expertise were so helpful for someone like me that’s indecisive. She patiently went through over 200 pictures edited them immaculately and let us go through them meticulously to ensure we chose the right one. All we have to say is thank you and we intend to use her again definitely.

Do not come. I’ve been to dozens of hotels, but have never experienced anything like this before. The hotel did not notify in advance of the bike week festival happening in town - not on their website nor the travel agency - which ruined the entire experience. Instead of a long anticipated beach vacation, it was a loud scene with motorcycles everywhere. The room was impossible to sleep in because of the loud noises from motorcycles and music playing outside. What’s more upsetting is that management didn’t accommodate with helping us switch the room to a less quieter side, and didn’t accept our request for a refund. As a result, we had to leave our vacation 3 days earlier because it was unbearable time. Some concrete feedback on the hotel. - Rooms: decently clean but there is no Netflix o

The entrance was under construction during our visit, so first impression was not great. Once inside, the hotel itself was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were extraordinary, very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Food was average and I wish there were more dining options open. The ocean view is beautiful and the beach access is excellent. Overall, a nice and relaxing stay despite the construction outside.

Positive: I loved the decor and the staff were great. Negative: I did not like that the parking for the hotel is located across the street from the hotel. I think that’s truly not safe for guests, especially if they’re traveling with children. Yes, they do offer valet parking but prices of a little steep
