Great location, and it’s nice to see they’re working on restoring the property to its former glory. One drawback is that many of the rooms are VRBO/Airbnb units, but guests aren’t given key cards for the side doors or gates. As a result, doors are often propped open so guests can get back in, which feels like a safety issue. Including key cards for all guests would make a lot more sense. The indoor pool is freezing cold.❄️ The hot tub and sauna, however, are enjoyable. The gym appears much larger in photos than it actually is and has very limited equipment. Additionally, only about one-third of the outdoor pools are currently operational, but concrete in the pool is not smooth at all (hurts the skin, so be careful). Rooms are individually rented out... So it's condition is up to the owner

So the place is still recovering from the hurricane. I'm not going to give a review based on what it is right now but what it usually is. I loved staying here. Super helpful people, awesome amenities, great location, and over all an awesome place. Two pools closed at the moment. No big deal. Lots of repairs still needed but they're in the works. The amenities are awesome: small gym, hot tubs, two working pools, beach, sauna, etc. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Very friendly workers here along with all the staff. The rooms are nice just depends on what you are looking for. Parking is easy and alot of space available next door to. Place is right on the beach in back with great views. Alot of restaurants to pick from close by, just wish the pools and gym were open but there working on it. You can buy rooms here to. Overall would recommend

stay faaaaar away from this place! We booked a condo via Airbnb and it was downhill from the get go. The building has visible damage from past hurricane, the inside hasn’t been updated in 30 years my kids couldn’t stop commenting on the old people smell. The entire pool area has small sink holes, no working pools, sea wall damage ect. The fourth floor balcony (how you get to your room) leans which cannot be safe. The condo was an entire different experience and we left immediately and asked for a refund, thankfully we did get a full refund. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this construction site hotel.
