Customer Reviews
The hotel didn’t look as much when I arrived as the area is surrounded by a junk car lot and some processing plants but I think it was good value for the $140/night I paid just to spend the night, shower, then head over to Manhattan. The shuttle picks up at the federal circle in JFK—just take the Airtrain from any terminal. Once there it’s literally like a traffic circle and it’s not crowded, very easy to find. My room was clean, bed comfortable, shower worked well, and there was coffee in room. One issue which I didn’t report as I was rushing on way out was the seal in the toilet’s tank wasn’t fitting properly and it kept filling up making noise but it wasn’t loud enough to keep me awake plus I closed door to the bathroom. Also, the light breakfast is literally “light” bagels, cream chee
This is your standard chain hotel the rooms are small but affordable. Linens and bathroom are clean but floors haven't been swept or mopped in a while. They have a very small tv with dish but it functions correctly. They have NO closet space so items will be left in plain view. My biggest issue is they advertise parking as a perk when the lot can hold a grand total of 5 cars after that it's a battle for spaces on the sidewalk where you are inevitably going to be blocked in. Otherwise convenient check in/out with friendly staff.
Fairly clean room, customer service okay. Price is so good. Located to close to the airport. Window is not double layered. Heavy truck travels causing so much noise. Bring your own ear plugs. You won't and can't get a good night sleep.. I will pay more to use other hotels near by. Not recommend
This place absolutely deserves a five-star review. I paid around $120 and got a clean room close enough to the airport. The gentleman at the desk was super friendly and offered me all sorts of advice to get downtown. He called a cab for me to take me to the train station and when I arrived at the station the driver informed me that the hotel had paid for the cab. Room was small but tidy and clean with decent coffee. It felt safe And was surprisingly quiet. Anyone that gives this place a bad review should understand that you get what you pay for and if you want something fancy go stay at a $350 a night place like most of the airport hotels.
Don’t rely on the shuttle bus service to come on time. Call the hotel ahead of time if you plan on using that service.||Overall is okay. Good for the money and fine if you’re only there for one night. The staff are helpful and will hold your bags if you plan to stay in the city after checkout.||The breakfast is small- bagels/fruit cups. Fine enough for me.
