Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Castle Rock

Pool and hot tub indoors was nice. I wish there were warm eggs rather than hard-boiled however comp breakfast buffet is a wonderful touch. Room as was awesome for the price. I travel alot and the lumpy bed pillows are the worst I've ever slept with. All of them. They felt similar to camping with clothes wadded up and used as a pillow. Hard as a rock and lumps the size of gumballs all throughout.

Why?? Why are you hiring people who genuinely HATE their lives. The front desk lady was awful. Honestly my wife and I have traveled across the states and stayed at many days inn’s. This lady was by far the worst person I’ve ever encountered. Not only was she bothered by us arriving without a reservation, but right before we arrived she was yelling at another guest about something. Honestly my wife and I just walked out and stayed across the street. It’s really sad that this hotel can’t find better staff. Honestly I’m sure the owner cares about people which is why they went into the hospitality business to begin with.. but as a business owner, I really think the business would benefit from a better front desk staff. Never go here, horrible front desk employees! After moving to this hotel from Comfort Inn across the street since the hot tub was lukewarm, these employees made my experience here horrible just trying to get a soak with my honey! I left crying and I'm a tough woman! Asking a simple guest request made these ladies roll their eyes at me and sigh when I was right around the corner, talking about how exasperating , it was .. what! to actually serve the customers that pay! Horrible customer service by the main woman, Loni and her woman helper. First, after we left visiting relatives early ro hurry back for some hot tub time, posted hours are 7 am to 10 pm but at 930 the guy had 'closed it early since no one was using it' and didnt offer to open back up for us (this is after bothering our time i

The rooms are clean and roomy. Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. This is a big plus for the site. |The location is near good restaurants. |The reason the site got four stars and not five:|-front desk staff were blasé’ at best with the exception of one gentleman who got us a cup of milk at night (the breakfast room is in the lobby). We were here for three nights so we had several front desk folks|-the breakfast room and breakfast is less than bare bones. They are transparent with offerings but it was less appealing than expected. Coffee machine is very good, however. |-Exercise room is not air conditioned and impossible to use for more than a few minutes.

Positive: Or room had a king size bed, and a jetted tub. The room was clean and comfortable. Negative: Breakfast was limited, and selections were already running out by 7:30am.It didn't help that hotel staff was making guests wait in line as they helped themselves to breakfast and leaving their children unattended in the lobby.
