Days Inn by Wyndham Wrightstown McGuire AFB/Bordentown

Was lied to about price, told room was $70, but had to enter acct nbr on phone to see details. After that was told it was $94 due to taxes. When I said then forget it, I was told he already booked it so there would be a cancellation charge. When I argued I never agreed to the booking, I was told that there would be a cancellation charge anyway, but he would request it be waived. $94 charge was billed and never cancelled. I Stayed at Sure Stay in Cookstown. It was great - beautiful room, helpful service, great complimentary breakfast - oj, coffee, eggs, sausage, cereal fruit, yogurt, even waffles.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything. Rooms were disgusting. Bugs, dead bugs, small roaches crawling around. Pipes only run cold water . Sheets and pillow has spots

Stayed for two nights. The door to the main lobby is always locked with a sign saying “Be back in 10 mins” with a phone number. Very inconvenient for check in and check out, and we were not able to get coffee. The room itself was visibly dirty with dust and hair. It smelled of human urine in the bathroom and in the closet. The floor was slippery like something oily was on the floor and had not been cleaned properly, or that they used dirty mop water. Never returning to this location.

I stayed here a couple months ago and when I say bro… terrible service and terrible people. When I got there the guy acted normal but the rooms were filthy. Then the day I had to checkout they literally forced me out even though I explained I would only be there for 30 more mins because I was waiting for my ride. They did not care, they took all my stuff and put it outside including me. I also had my cat with me but when they couldn’t find her they basically told me I was lying about having a cat but they seen me come with my cat so I was confused. After I complained for a while they let me in the room to get my cat and I found her hiding underneath the bed, they Truly scared me that day, I thought they were trying to keep my cat or something Lol, creepiest motel ever

-8/10 Worst place we could've possibly been to, the don't treat you well when you arrive to check in, they didn't let me read the policy of the smoking in the rooms (I know this because I took a picture of the policy to read it in the room (which was disgustingly awful btw) they told me "don't read, just sing here" very rudely). When I entered the room it smelled like somebody before me had smoked very recently. The sheets are disgusting, like they haven't been properly washed in months, there were flies and roaches constantly and the water first came out brown in the shower and the bathroom sink. Never coming here again!
