Days Inn by Wyndham Worthington

I got a 2 queen bed room. No pool as it has no water in it. The lady at the counter did NOT seem friendly or like she really wanted to help. No alarm although it states there's an alarm. Bed frame is metal and makes noise anytime you move. Washed my clothes and had dryer for 1 hr 15 mins and still didn't dry my clothes. The security doors aren't a thing. To get into our rooms as both main doors don't even lock. Woke up at 7am to go get breakfast and lobby doors were locked. Everything looks old. Don't waste your money. I thought because it was a days inn it would be up to date but I guess I was wrong. Usb chargers don't even work. Smoke alarm don't work since it's hanging on for dear life.

Positive: It was less expensive. Negative: It’s level of clean was terrible. The frig door and interior were dirty. I had to bleach it and the light switch which had black sticky stuff on it. Place was pretty run down. Had to clean a lot of the room in order to spent the night.

We came in after midnight and Ms Patel let us in. She was nice and gave us shelter in a large room with a walk in shower. It was clean and fresh. We were exhausted.

Site stated pool & breakfast. Reserved a room 1 queen bed. Pre- checked in @ 10 pm, did not arrive until 11 pm. Manager was polite as was I; however, when I arrived, manager stated only had room with 2 beds, but we could only use 1 bed or there would be an up-charge. I inquired about pool hours (which inside actual pool itself, was stacked high with "stuff"), manager said "hotel was under renovations" so no pool, inquired about the stated breakfast,"we don't serve breakfast in the winter", inquired about tv which was only a snowy screen with a message, manager said they could check on. Offered me a refund (which I assumed would be an adjustment to the booked rate), canceled my reservation, and told me to stay somewhere else. Outer doors were left ajar so not secure from outside. Luckily,

Room had a very strong smell. There was stains on the sheets. When we walked into the bathroom the toilet wasn't even clean. My fiance got the toilet kinda clean. I've stayed in alot of hotel/motels but this one ill never stay at again. The staff was super friendly. Im just very disappointed on my room.
