Comfort Suites & Conference Center

We were treated great! Loved the rooms and loved the breakfast. However 2 things…….We were there for New Year’s Eve with my 10 year old daughter and her friends for a new years/Birthday party combo. And the Hot tub was under maintenance this was a huge bummer for us parents and even the older girls that we weren’t able to relax and use the hot tub or at least been told that when we made the reservation or checked in!!! Also our keys wouldn’t work to get in to the pool area. We had to ask the front desk every time to be let in. So just a few things that sucked. Overall I would recommend.

What an amazing experience I had at the choice hotel here in Worthington, Minnesota! The entire staff was very welcome To our my entire program That stayed for two days. Rooms were Well kept, breakfast was great! And plenty of different options for snacks. I would also like to highlight that I misplaced A pair of headphones this past week. 13 was so diligent and following up and the process has a search for the headphones. Their team and their super friendly GM showed so much concern and care in this process. ultimately the headphones were found and sent back to me by Comfort suites team! Thank you guys for this experience. Thank you so much for your help!

The staff, rooms and property were superb! I have stayed all over the country. This property was in the top 2 or 3 I have ever stayed in. Period!

we have stayed there before and everything is in good condition. Breakfast was fine; staff were good. We think it is strange to sign that we have to pay for a safe and it will be refunded only if we ask for the refund upon check out. Never had that before and thing it is an unnecessary extra step and charge. We visited a local winery and they asked where we were staying and commented that Comfort Suites was the best in Worthington.

when booking on their site they didn’t mention anything about their hot tub/pool is under construction. So we booked one room once done with everything it’s will send you a email saying that their hot tub/pool was under construction. So we canceled our reservation but they still charge us for those night even when they said they are not going to charger us. we have try reaching out to them to get this fixed but haven’t hear anything back 😡. So I do not recommend anyone booking this place anymore. if their service is like this.
