Days Inn by Wyndham Panama City Beach/Ocean Front

Location was perfect, 1.5 miles from our sporting event. Shopping and a few eateries right across the street, walking distance.||Staff was extremely nice and helpful.||Room was clean and stocked with towels and toiletries.||Beachfront room for $100 night.. I'd say that pretty much speaks for itself. ||Only complaint was the dehumidifier.. It had to be emptied often and the first time the FULL alarm went off was at 2am and scared the crap out of us, as we thought it was the fire alarm.. maybe route the system with the a/c drain so the guest don't have to empty it? I totally understand the necessity.. The pool and hot tub were very clean. The waterfall looked way cool, but was not active because of scheduled power washing cleaning.

Positive: The friendly staff and beach location was excellent. Wonderful pool area with the waterfall is exceptional. Negative: The only problem encountered was with 6-7 bugs my son and I killed. I did notify the front desk about the problem and told them they need to spray for insects in that room.

It was great! Clean, very friendly staff. We stayed with family for a vacation in the warmth and did some shore fishing. Food was good, especially afternoon meals, they were great. Pool was great temperature, including hot tub, we used that more than the pool. I don’t know names, but would hope the following would be able to get the $10– the man or men keeping the beach level floor clean, they did any amazing job, always washing it; the woman at the desk most days (long dark hair and glasses) and the young man at the desk in the evenings with curly hair; two women serving food along with a man. We would only have one recommendation of maybe a couple of rotating breakfast meals. It is served fresh and hot by staff, which is great and there are enough choices available where you don’t h

Everyone is so very kind and helpful. The balcony views are amazing. Breakfast was great Southern cooking food. They were busy for breakfast but they got people living out and you can take to go cartons up to your room or sit on the beach. The rooms are a little dated but the staff and the view definitely make up for it. They have one full which is heated but it was kind of cool for us being there in February, at the hot tub was a good size and very warm .... perfect. They had specials on drinks out by the pool. The pool was nice you could say underneath the cave appearance waterfall to relax away from the Sun where you can get a lounge chair and by the sign. We will definitely be back.

Pros: Excellent & beautiful balcony view from the room. Liked that all the rooms have a balcony. Got some pretty sweet pics of the beach & sunset from there. Not to mention, having private beach access is a plus for me. Service is decent. The front desk lady was seemingly pretty cool. Not much to say on that one. Location is nice. Close to nearby restaurants & not far from Pier Park. Parking is good as well with various options. Affordable & worth $200 for two nights. Cons: We were very disturbed by the presence of 5 baby roaches in our room within 30 minutes. This was disappointing and unpleasant.
