Days Inn by Wyndham Neenah

Stayed one night to use hot tub. Was charged $150 deposit on my debit card that I still haven't been refunded for and it's been over 5 days ago

I booked this stay on the window website and prepaid for it with a credit card. Upon check-in, there was a $150 cash deposit demanded by Hotel staff. Then foretold cash deposit was placed in a ziplock bag and kept at the front desk. Upon check out, the cleaning crew rushed into the room and notified front desk Personnel that they had found Blood on the sheets. Neither of us were bleeding. The front desk personnel stated they had to send pictures of the blood droplets to the off-site manager. We were detained at the front desk while we awaited a decision by the off-site manager. Finally, a decision was made that they would be keeping $10 of the $150 cash deposit. I was offered no recourse to contest such decision. Very nice, clean room. Hotel overall was kept quite tidy. Jill at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was very accommodating to our needs or requests. We will definitely stay there again.

Positive: What I like best about my stay was that the hotel rooms were updated from the hardwood floors to the light up mirror I felt renovated Negative: The only thing I didn?t like about my say is that they should have a separate shampoo and conditioner instead of having the combo my hair was pretty stiff from the shower from the shampoo conditioner combo

Overcharged. Small room. Terrible service. Was charged $100 from my deposit for a stained pillow case and bedsheets. While eating breakfast we were hovered over like criminals and someone entered our room leaving our door wide open while we were eating breakfast. Check in took far too long as did checkout. No idea what the stain was from, I didn't notice anything before leaving the room. Did not even use the blankets. Slept on bed as is. Regardless of what the stain was, a plain white pillow case and plain white full size bed sheet goes for about $10 brand new. I was charged $100. Unacceptable. Complete ridiculous rip off. Terrible service. Never again.
