Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel

I’d give it a relaxed 5 out of 5. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt roomy with a nice bed that made it easy to unwind after a long day. I also enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub area which was a perfect way to relax, and the fitness center had more equipment than I expected for a hotel gym. I liked that breakfast was included and had a good variety like eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, and coffee that kept me fueled for the day. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, and they made every part of the stay smooth and low-stress. The conference spaces were well-kept and modern, and the whole place had a calm, welcoming vibe instead of feeling too busy. The parking was easy and convenient, which made coming and going simple. Went here with my husband. Everything was perfect and so peaceful. It was very quiet. The staff was wonderful. The room was so clean. The shower pressure was on point! I’ve been to many hotels where the pressure is so bad and very little hot water. This place has both! The jacuzzi tub in our room was so spacious! Love that it had a restaurant attached to it. Gym was good size. Perfect enough to get a good workout in. I didn’t get to use the pool because I felt it was mainly for kids and I believe it was only 3 ft. deep. But I couldn’t even tell there were any kids around when we were in our room. It was pretty quiet which I absolutely loved! I didn’t get to use their hot tub because I had a room with a jacuzzi but I will say that it has got to be the biggest hot tub I’ve seen in all the ho

Positive: Our room was large and clean. Negative: Did NOT like the fact that kids had full range of the inside pool and outside pool. Would REALLY have appreciated at least an hour or so where thise were adults only. ESPECIALLY, to have the outside experience under the full moon.

Very accommodating. Clean rooms. Spacious. Modern. Stayed in 2 room jacuzzi suite. They have ann outdoor hot tub! Office staff and Management was great to work with. Initially booked three nights, had to leave a day early unexpectedly due to a sick kiddo back home. Management was understanding and refunded me the night we had to cancel. Really appreciated it since I had other things to worry about. Didn’t get a chance to eat at the connected restaurant. But do know Qdoba delivers! Oh, also spoke with housekeeping in the hallway, super friendly bunch of folks! They take care in cleaning your room! We will be back! :-)

Our staycation couldn’t have gone better. The hotel’s swimming pool, toddler area, and slide was amazing! It was fun, well‑kept, and perfect for unwinding. Every interaction with the staff at the hotel AND restaurant felt warm, kind, and welcoming.
