Could use maybe softer toilet paper. Heater work really great during the great winter freezing storm. The bed was really comfortable for a change, was really impressed. The room was really clean.Had plenty of coffee. Even though we were in a record braking freeze the lobby could use some heat . The dest employees were wearing big jackets to stay warm.

Positive: the reception staff was great during check in and check out.||Negatives: The room was untidy. The bathtub was stained and dirty and the first thing I noticed was a spider on the shower curtain. The bed was creaky and uncomfortable. I laid the bath towels out on top of the bed and slept on top of them. More a no-tell motel vibe than a comfortable hotel. As a solo female traveler, I was uncomfortable and uneasy in the location and left just before daybreak to minimize my stay. Definitely would not recommend this location to anyone.

Newly renovated, clean, off the interstate I-55, shopping, restaurants, gas stations, other hotels near by.....Very nice experience

All the staff was absolutely amazing, so nice with everything we needed. The only thing and it really didn’t make that much difference was the floor since it was uncarpeted was sandy. But they did clean the room on a 2 night stay which was awesome.

Always a enjoyable stay. Willing to fix any issues you may have with your room!! Very quite, pet friendly if needed
