Let me start by saying the staff were friendly and very customer service oriented. I thought they lacked enough staff, but for what they had, I will give them credit. Overall I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN. Here's why 1. PARKING LOT - sketchy, small, and too many commercial trucks taking up parking spaces. In addition, you have so many people hanging out in the lot and smoking weed. Last night when I opened the trunk, I found 2 beer bottles near mycar which is ridiculous 2. BAD SMELL - the towels and gym area stink. When i wiped my face, i felt like i was wiping my face with a cigarette towel. It was just a bad aroma that radiated through this hotel for the entire weekend. 3. WIFI - slow, good but slow 4. BREAKFAST - there is no continental breakfast or anything. We pr

Positive: Quiet and clean. Negative: Someone checked into my room based on us having the same first name. They had to give me another room.

The rooms are nice for this level of hotel accommodations. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the hotel doesn't refund your security deposit. This is the second time I've encountered a problem from their location in Lanham. Very troubling to know they are stealing from customers.

A friend and I spent two nights two here while vacationing in the area. The hotel room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Water pressure was great; employees were friendly. The only drawback was some unsavory people hanging around outside the hotel.

Be aware my stay was okay but the required deposit that is needed on check in is for their pockets. It had been two days after check out and I had not received my deposit. I called and front desk says yes the deposit is being taken because of damages I asked what damages. He said only the manager had access to the information and that she would be in at 9am. I called again 9:15 was transferred went to voicemail left message no response I called again same thing. I reached out to corporate a Joke. I checked out 8/4 it is 8/9 I haven’t received a response or a statement of my deposit being kept and what damages. They ask for $50 deposit so when they steal it they think it’s not worth the hassle of fighting to get it returned.
