Days Inn by Wyndham Greenfield

The outside was..... for better lack of words just very slummy. The front desk woman, Kali, ironically same name! Was VERY Very very very very nice, such a sweet person, very welcoming, and very quick at check in However, low stars because the room we were staying in wasn't even locked, it was propped open. The bed (where the sheets were literally peeling up at the corner) had someone else's hair in it. The bathtub had mold, and we had zero towels. Now, a wedding party was also staying at the hotel so I believe they just didn't have enough towels but, very lack luster. Wouldn't stay again. There was trash and cigarettes all over the outside, our room smelt so much of cigarette smoke, also. But we did like the check in person a lot!

Bed and pillows very comfortable. Room was clean. Older inn. Had problem with toilet running and TV working on and off. Bill was adjusted. Air conditioning worked great and was quiet. All staff both days very friendly and accommodating. I had read some negative reviews about attitude but that was not our experience. Sully, who was on front desk, was particularly helpful and went extra mile to help us.

I needed just the basics for an overnight stay on a long drive, and Days Inn - Greenfield met my needs. The room was clean, the amenities were as described, the bed was comfortable, and the wifi worked for me. The shower worked, but some minor repairs (to shower faucet, to walls where hardware was moved) would help with the place's feel. Good place for a tasty chicken schawarma located only 1/2 mile away. Appreciated the basic, but full, breakfast.

Staff were courteous. Too much smoking in front of building. Bathroom ceiling looked unstable and there were toenail clippings on the floor in between bed and night stand. Bed was comfortable. I had the room just to sleep in between double work shifts (travel nurse).||

We stayed three nights. On the first night our room key did not work after having it reset twice. So we were switched to another room and it did not work again until the guy at the desk reset it for us. The alarm clock and the phone as well as several light switches were all broken in the room. The air conditioner barely ran. On the second night we asked to switch rooms. The man at the front desk gave me a key for another room that would not open. So I was given a different room key. In total during my stay the room key did not work five times. In the second room all of our towels were covered in lipstick. The bathroom floor was covered in urine stains. The ice bucket was missing from the room. The morning of my third nights stay the fire alarm went off and that made me late for work. Upo
