Days Inn by Wyndham Fort Worth North / Fossil Creek

BARF!! It was horrible smell and cleanliness was nasty. I have pictures that show it all. I'd rather sleep in the parking lot at the dump! The lady was rude and acted like I was faking being annoying asthmatic with the horrible cigar smoke throughout the building. Went to see the room and it was even worse! I didn't even want to look under thee covers afraid of what I might find. Absolutely horrifying! I was only refunded partial after 3 weeks of waiting on the manager to actually answer a call or email. He stated he had to charge me for at least one night (even though I was there less than 30mins) I finally gave up to get some of my money back. BEWARE!!

This Days Inn might look good from outside the building but the hotel is very outdated on the inside. First of all the first thing we saw, the elevator inspection certificate in it was out of date. Then our room was musky, smelly & very outdated. The remote to the tv didn’t work, so we took it to the front desk, the front desk attendant, put new batteries in the remote and it still didn’t work. Had to wait for the night person to look into it, he ended up being back to our room the tv originally remote. Oh also, bathroom shower was dirty and moldy. Finally the hotel informed me at check in that it was a non-smoking place. We were woke up at 4 am with the smell of weed lingering through the floor we were on then ended up being through the whole place. Finally, breakfast was served from 6-9

So literally everything was just fine with the hotel itself. It was very clean, cosmetic damages here and there, but not so bad that it even made a difference cuz the place was so clean. The front desk staff was awesome and very kind....But let me tell you about the housekeepers. Smh. So second morning, I wake up cuz I hear them out there, so I gather my towels go out there to try to get new towels she acts like she doesn't understand English and what I'm saying so I just left the towels outside of my door hoping that it would be kind of obvious that, you know, I need fresh towels. Well that never happened. And then in the morning when it was time for me to check out I was running just a little bit late it was about 11:10 a.m. and those housekeepers were incredibly rude and disrespectful,

Staff is cold and distant. Rooms adequate. Breakfast non-existent. The have photos of apples and apples on the wall. But no such items. Breakfast consists of two choices of stale cereal, white toast, and two stale muffins nobody dared touch, except me. The findge is empty. There is nothing to put in the microwave. The coffee tastes like the machine has never been cleaned.||The plexiglass in front of the check-in desk gives the bank like feel. Not the Bailey's Savings and Loan, but the Potter we need to charge you a bank fee because you are a fifteen seconds late.||They charge for the entire stay on check-in because they know most would bail after the first night. And they run the card a second time and actually charge the deposit, not just preauthorize.||I am on day one. Thi

Nini at front desk is amazing ! The most help I have ever received at a hotel! She gives this hotel so much value with her outstanding customer service . Every time I come she does her best to help me get situated! She’s the best! Really tried to put 5 stars but phone was acting up!!
